Fair Work Ombudsman's National Franchise Program

Earlier this year the Fair Work Ombudsman called for franchisor volunteers.  The Fair Work Ombudsman will provide free advice about promoting compliance with workplace laws across the franchise network.

The Fair Work Ombudsman has selected 8 volunteers and may offer further placements at the end of 2012.

The Fair Work Ombudsman has set up an "Advice for Franchisors" page to assist them in helping their franchisees meet their responsibilities:
